These policies explain the terms and conditions that apply when you use our website (www.kryptnet.org) or purchase any of our services. They also describe how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, our refund practices, and your rights and responsibilities as a client or user.

These policies are intended to comply with U.S. federal and state law as well as generally recognized international standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area and the UK GDPR. Payment for Services

At KryptNet LLC, we strive to provide high-quality cybersecurity services, professional training, and consultancy solutions. Because our work often begins immediately after payment, for example, scheduling experts, reserving training seats, or allocating technical resources, we maintain the following refund terms:

  1. Payments for any service are eligible for a refund only within twenty-four (24) hours of payment and only if no work has been performed, no access to training has been provided, and no deliverables have been issued.
  2. Once any portion of a service has started, that includes but not limited to consultations, system reviews, access to online training, or the delivery of materials, the payment becomes non-refundable.
  3. If a refund is approved under this policy, it will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days from approval.
  4. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 24 hours of payment, including your payment reference and reason for the request.
  5. If you believe you were billed in error or there is an unauthorized charge, notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will review and, if appropriate, work with our payment processor to resolve the issue.
  6. Unauthorized chargebacks for services that have been provided or for which access was granted may result in suspension of services and may be contested by KryptNet LLC with supporting evidence.
  7. KryptNet LLC reserves the right to request additional verification for large or suspicious payments and to refuse service in cases of suspected fraud.

KryptNet LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside this policy or involve services already rendered.

Payment Processing & Taxes

All payments are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges related to their purchase. KryptNet LLC is not responsible for foreign exchange fees or charges applied by payment providers.

Effective Date: October 1, 2025
